The Star, 21/08/2019 – Ex-Mp Murgor’s 35 children begin mediation over his 2bn estate

https://www.the-star.co.ke/news/2019-08-21-ex-mp-murgors-35-children-begin-mediation-over-his-2bn-estate/ Disputing family members seen "embracing and hugging" after the first mediation session. The wonders of mediation!
Does anyone know if the Honourable Mr Mwadeghu is a trained mediator? Given that his Parliamentary Constituency was slap bang in the middle of Taita Taveta County, I have to wonder if he is the right ‘neutral’ for the job. But then as the article says that he and “a delegation of leaders from the County” are going to meet the MCA’s and Governor, it is not really clear if the factions have actually agreed to mediation. And then, the killer blow – Mr Mwadeghu himself says that “arbitration is the way to go”. Good luck!
